My rate library
Bill prices BOQ items from these rates first: the same item, or a closely matching one in the same trade and unit. Items with no matching rate are priced with the industry pricing indicator. Rates you type on a BOQ are added automatically. Loading rates is optional.
Import rates from Excel
Copy four columns from Excel (Trade, Description, Unit, Rate) and paste them below. Trades follow the ASAQS order, e.g. Masonry, Roof coverings, Plastering. Rates in rand excl. VAT; 1 250,50 or 1250.50 both work.
