Meet the team: Lauren, Larry and Bill.
Three digital assistants, each with one job. Lauren analyses (work stages 1 to 3 and 4.1), Larry quality-checks (stage 4.2) and Bill costs. Every finding and every figure is yours to confirm.
One project, four assistants.

Lauren
Works through SACAP work stages 1 to 3 and 4.1 — inception, concept and viability, design development, and the council submission documents. She reads the drawings sheet by sheet, plus the title deed and zoning certificate, and checks the plan against SANS 10400, the municipal by-laws and zoning scheme, and the estate’s rules.
- Work stages 1 to 3 and 4.1
- Every finding: what is required, what was found, what to do
- Documents still needed for submission
- Notes to add before submission
- A follow-up check on the same project at 30%

Larry
Takes over at SACAP work stage 4.2, the technical documentation. Larry quality-checks the drawing set and marks up what must change on your own sheets, with a correction schedule for your draughtsperson — only where the required value is clear, and always for you to accept.
- Work stage 4.2: technical documentation
- Quality check of the drawing set
- Clouded mark-up on your own drawings
- You accept every change

Bill
Measures the drawings and drafts a bill of quantities set out by trade, with indicative South African material prices. A quantity surveyor can price it from their own rates and sign it off.
